As a professional klutz, and a tire technician, I'm not the best at maintaining functional devices. When I dropped my phone at work (which was already pretty badly cracked prior), they were able to fix my LCD, glass, and replace the battery with a discount! Was also impressed by the speed of the repair (about a half-hour), as well as their knowledge on their cases and screen protectors, which I bought. Naturally the screen protector only lasted two days due to my own clumsiness, but I know for certain I'll be returning often!
